We reviewed current sales practices, developed a streamlined, realistic process using available resources, and implemented sales tracking procedures and metrics.

We recommended changes in team skill set to better meet business needs then we implemented training to cross-train current team members in addition to sourcing, hiring, and coordinating training for new team members.
Improved accountability: we restructured decision making responsibilities to push decisions down within the organization and to empower team members to respond to client needs more quickly.

This is not us telling you to do all the work. We work right alongside you and your team all the way.

Retained F-COO Services:
We become a part of your team and provide leadership and direction for day-to-day operations and projects. We operate just like a regular COO, but on a part-time basis.
This is a great option for small businesses that are on a growth path but aren’t big enough yet to afford a full-time COO with an executive salary and all the perks.
