We work with you as your Fractional COO on a retained engagement.
But we don’t have pre-priced retainer packages because there are a lot of things that can impact our fee.
Fees vary based on the complexity of your business needs, the transformation you’d like to create in your business, and how quickly you want to move forward.
We customize engagements based on your business needs. Our retained fees range from $4,000 to $8,000 per month and client engagements are three months or longer.
There are no account initiation or client set up fees.

How is a Fractional COO different from an Operations Director or Project Manager?
An F-COO works across the organization coordinating and improving all the functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Operations (Service Delivery/Customer Service), Finance and Human Resources. An Operations Director focuses only one functional area, Operations. A Project Manager works on one or more projects within a functional area.
What will my time investment be?
If you’re new to working with us, you can expect to invest two to four hours per week as we develop a CEO-COO working relationship. After that, you’ll probably spend one hour per week discussing strategy and making decisions.
Do you provide work direction to my team members?
Yes, we can provide leadership, direction, and coaching to members of your team, just like a full-time COO would.
What are your areas of expertise?
We have experience in all aspects of running and growing a service-based business.
Is there anything you don’t do?
We don’t work with product-based businesses or enterprise organizations. We do not provide expert-level advice on financial analysis or planning, but we can refer you to someone who does.
Do you offer a service guarantee?
During the first 30 days of your engagement if you’re concerned for any reason that we’re not a fit for your business just let us know and we’ll process a refund for your first month’s fee.
