Everyone’s Got One.
Don’t you hate it when you have an idea you want to implement, but you can’t seem to get it off the ground?
Or maybe you’ve got a problem nobody wants to solve because it’s going to be messy, time-consuming, and stressful.
These are the things we help businesses with every day – because everyone’s got one.
Stop agonizing about it, cross it off the list, and move your business forward.

As a new business owner, I was trying to think of ways to expand our services and revenues. Valerie came to me with a product idea that was a natural fit for our business and was in high demand. She was right! We added that product to our offerings and it’s so popular that we get asked for it constantly without even needing to advertise.
The Possibilities
We’ve recently helped businesses with…
Operational slowdown
We recommended they ditch their project management tool, replace it with a free tool that was even better, and reorganize work teams to streamline workflow. Client projects no longer slip through the cracks.
Decision-making roadblock
We identified precisely who was responsible for the roadblock – it wasn’t who everyone thought – and reorganized the business to build on team members’ strengths. Team member stress went down, and productivity went up.
High employee turnover
We evaluated hiring practices and recommended they switch to a different skill set for team members with a pay structure that was higher but saved money due to reduced turnover. Monthly revenue doubled in four months.
Implement a new idea
We created a plan to implement an idea they’d been trying to get off the ground for three years. The plan expanded on the original idea and included sequenced action steps. The idea was fully implemented in less than six months.
Improved profit margin
We identified areas where the business was hemorrhaging money, changed the pricing structure, redefined their buyer personae, and implemented cost tracking. They can now stop worrying about costs and focus on growing revenue.
Restructured Cost Tracking System
We established a gap in the cost information needed to establish accurate pricing. We evaluated their tracking system, customized it to meet information needs, and trained team members to use it correctly. For the first time, they were able to fully evaluate how much a service offering should cost.
I needed some sage and savvy advice to help with the growth of my business. An initial contract of 3 months was agreed upon and she did not disappoint! One year later, we are stronger, more unified, focused, and moving in absolutely the right direction. Valerie’s Fractional COO duties extend way beyond the title – she brings a professional camaraderie that goes well beyond anything I could have expected but appreciate every single day.

How Much Will It Cost?
That’s a fair question.
But it’s hard to create one-size-fits-all pricing because so many variables impact price.
Price varies based on how big the idea or problem is and how quickly you want to move on it. Small non-rush ideas/problems cost less, and big do-it-now ideas/problems cost more.
We customize engagement packages to your business situation and needs. But to ballpark it for you, clients typically spend between $2000 and $6000 for a Get It Done Sprint.
We work with you and your team to implement an idea or solve a problem within 60 days or less.
But we don’t stop there.
You’ll get:
Complete, written, easily updatable process documentation, so you don’t have to worry about getting around to that yourself.
New procedures for work teams to own the solution and keep improving it, so you’re free to focus on other things.
Applicant-friendly job descriptions for new or revised positions that you can cut and paste when advertising a job because everyone hates posting jobs.
Establish at least 1 key success metric and implement a tracking process so you can quickly analyze and predict where your business is headed.

If you don’t achieve the agreed-upon results within 60 days and you’ve followed our advice and guidance, we’ll keep working with you at no cost until those results are achieved because we love results.
