How Much Will It Cost?

That’s a fair question.

But it’s hard to create one-size-fits-all pricing because so many variables impact price.

Price varies based on how big the idea or problem is and how quickly you want to move on it. Small non-rush ideas/problems cost less, and big do-it-now ideas/problems cost more.

We customize engagement packages to your business situation and needs. But to ballpark it for you, clients typically spend between $2000 and $6000 for a Get It Done Sprint.

We work with you and your team to implement an idea or solve a problem within 60 days or less.

But we don’t stop there.

You’ll get:

Complete, written, easily updatable process documentation, so you don’t have to worry about getting around to that yourself.

New procedures for work teams to own the solution and keep improving it, so you’re free to focus on other things.

Applicant-friendly job descriptions for new or revised positions that you can cut and paste when advertising a job because everyone hates posting jobs.

Establish at least 1 key success metric and implement a tracking process so you can quickly analyze and predict where your business is headed.

If you don’t achieve the agreed-upon results within 60 days and you’ve followed our advice and guidance, we’ll keep working with you at no cost until those results are achieved because we love results.
